Laveen Realtors some facts in Choosing a realtor in Laveen Az

 

There are several area Laveen realtors, or even realtors living else where that can help you sell your Laveen Az home.  As a home owner though, what is your main goal?  To sell your home for the most money?  To sell the home as quick as possible because of time issues?  Every home seller has a different reason to sell, but I would argue most would like not to leave money on the table.  This quick video shows some statistics for the homes sold by all realtors in the Laveen Arizona area.  Who knows the Laveen Az area better than Realtors living and working in Laveen.

Some things that you may want to consider when interviewing an real estate agent/realtor:

  1.  How many homes have they sold?  There are many realtors out there, actually about 72,000 in the state of Arizona.  Yet, did you know on 6 out of 7 of those agents have sold less than 4 homes in any given year.  Not a lot of experience can be gained unless an agent is selling home right?
  2. Does the realtor work with buyers?  Who is most likely to buy your home, a buyer right?  Chances are always better of finding a buyer for your property if you work with a local agent and one that works with buyers.  I can only speak for myself, but as a South Phoenix/Laveen real estate agent I’m always working with buyers in the area.  I make sure to have the buyers prequalified by a reputable lender, and we are out looking at homes that may be of interest.
  3. Does the realtor have a firm grasp on the real estate market and trends?  Are home values going up, down, or are they stable.  What is expected to happen in the coming months?  Truth is I get asked this question all the time, and as a professional in the field I consistently study the market trends.  I look at information put out by the National Association of Realtors, Arizona Multiple listing service, and also do weekly number crunching on my own to have a good feel for the market.  It pays to know the market, not knowing what is going on can cost you thousands at the closing table.
  4. How do they determine value?  Is it the best way to look at values in just one way?  Technology has made it so that people can click on a button and get a quick idea of value.  Problem is, most systems out there are not very accurate.  Nothing beats having a good system and manually check to look at values.  Myself, I look at values in 3 different ways to pin point values in the best way
