My wife and I toured around 30 homes over several days/trips with David. Most helpful was that he provided a website with listings of homes meeting our criteria (price/location, etc.). That allowed us to be efficient and eliminate 80% of homes which would not work for us due to one reason or another. As our purchase was a short sale, David negotiated with the seller’s agent on our behalf and gave us advice on making an offer regarding the purchase price. We are delighted with David’s suggestion that we look for a home in the community where we eventually purchased. Dave has been helpful with answering questions on several subjects since we moved into the new home.  – Mike K.
